A loyalty program rewards guests for ordering on your own channels. Points work in your app, your web storefront and at the POS.
Open Loyalty → Overview. Loyalty needs the add-on in your plan.
Start a program
Press Start a loyalty program and pick a starting point:
| Template | How it works |
|---|---|
| Simple — 1 point per SAR | 1 point for every SAR. 100 points are worth 5 SAR, redeemable from 100 points. Points expire after 12 months without activity. |
| Three tiers — rising earn rate | Green from 0 points, Silver from 150 and Gold from 550, earning 3, 4 and 5 points per 10 SAR. Tiers are measured over the last 365 days. |
Or choose Configure manually to start from scratch.
When you're ready, press Switch on. You can Switch off at any time: guests stop earning and redeeming, but every balance is kept.
Earning points
On the Program tab, set the Earn rate: how many points guests earn for every amount they spend. Then choose what counts:
- Earn on — the subtotal after discounts, the subtotal, or the amount paid.
- A minimum order for earning.
- Hold points for (hours) — how long new points wait before they can be used (up to 168 hours).
- Daily points cap per member.
Paying with points
Turn on Let customers pay with points at checkout, then set:
- Redemption rate — what points are worth.
- Minimum points per redemption.
- Maximum % of an order payable with points.
Tiers
Turn on Use membership tiers on the Tiers & expiry tab. You can have up to 5 tiers. For each, set:
- Threshold points — the points needed to reach it.
- An own earn rate, or leave it blank to use the program rate.
- Perks, including Free delivery for this tier.
Choose what guests qualify on — points earned in the last 365 days, the current calendar year, or lifetime — and how many grace days they get before moving down a tier.
Rewards
On the Rewards tab, press + Add reward. A reward can be a free item, a fixed discount, a percentage discount or free delivery. Set its Points cost, how long it is valid for, and optionally a minimum tier, a total stock and a limit per member.
Expiry
Set Points expire after (months), or leave it blank so points never expire. Choose one of two ways:
- All points expire after a period of no activity — any order keeps the whole balance alive.
- Each batch expires on its own age — points expire a fixed time after they were earned.
Use Remind this many days before expiry to warn guests before their points run out.
