Signing in to your dashboard
Find your restaurant's dashboard address, sign in, and learn where each role lands.

Every restaurant on Masil has its own dashboard address. There is no shared login page — you always sign in on your restaurant's own address.
Find your dashboard address
Your address is your restaurant's name followed by masil.sa, with /dashboard/login at the end:
https://your-restaurant.masil.sa/dashboard/login
If you go to your restaurant's address without the /dashboard/login part, you are taken to the sign-in page automatically.
Sign in
- Open your dashboard address. The page shows your restaurant's name and Sign in to your dashboard.
- Enter your Username and Password.
- Press Log in.
You sign in with a username, not an email address. The restaurant owner creates usernames for the team under Staff → Users.
If you can't sign in
| What you see | What it means |
|---|---|
| The password is rejected | Check the username and password, or use Forgot password? to reset it. |
| You sign in but are sent back | Your user is inactive, or your role doesn't have permission to use the dashboard. Ask the restaurant owner. |
| This restaurant's account has been suspended by the platform. | The restaurant's subscription needs attention. Contact Masil support. |
Where you land after signing in
Masil opens the screen each role needs most:
- Kitchen staff (roles that can see the kitchen but not live orders) open the Kitchen Display.
- Cashiers and other counter roles open the POS.
- Everyone else opens the Dashboard overview.
Find your way around
The sidebar groups everything you can do:
- Dashboard — today at a glance.
- Orders — Live Orders, Orders History and Refunds.
- Kitchen Display and POS.
- Menu — Menu & Categories, and Items & Inventory for per-branch availability.
- Inventory — stock, purchasing and supplier invoices.
- Branches, Riders and Customers.
- Marketing and Loyalty.
- Finance & Reports, Staff and Settings.
