1. Introduction

Welcome to Masil Go. This agreement is between "Masil Go Tech Est." ("Masil Go", "we", or "us") and the client using our services ("Client", "Merchant", or "you").

Your use of the Masil Go ecosystem constitutes explicit and legal agreement to all terms. If you disagree, please discontinue use immediately.

2. Nature of Service

Masil Go is a SaaS infrastructure allowing restaurants to manage orders and launch white-label apps. Our role is strictly as a technology provider.

3. Merchant Obligations

• Legal Entity: The client confirms they represent a legal commercial entity with valid licenses.
• Tax Compliance: The client is solely responsible for tax obligations to ZATCA.
• Service Quality: The client bears full responsibility for product quality and dispute resolution.

4. Subscriptions & Fees

• Masil Go uses a fixed subscription model with zero commissions on sales.
• All fees are non-refundable once the account is activated.
• Displayed prices do not include 15% VAT.

5. App Publishing

App publishing is subject to Apple and Google store policies. Masil Go is not liable for delays, rejections, or suspensions caused by store decisions.

6. Intellectual Property

A. Masil Go's IP: Masil Go retains all IP rights to source code and UI/UX designs.

B. Client's IP: The client owns their trademark and has 100% full ownership of end-user data.

7. Disclaimer of Liability

The service is provided "as is". We are not liable for outages caused by third-party services like payment gateways or hosting providers.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Exclusive jurisdiction lies with the courts in Saudi Arabia.
